Encourage and Be Encouraged!

GOD, OUR PROTECTOR AND DELIVERER

Have you ever felt as if your world was collapsing? Have you ever felt as if you were alone? Have you ever felt as if you would never make it through your journey? Have you ever felt as if God is not listening to you?

IS CHRIST BEING PROCLAIMED

Have you ever been in a bothersome predicament where you felt you should stand and say something, but you realized it would set off confusion in others? Have you come to the decision that it may be worth the stand, but not the confusion? So, you refrained from standing, trusting the greater reward,  because within the greater reward there is the promise that God would be forever glorified?

SO BE IT!

Have you ever had the extraordinary longing of waiting to teach something you knew could deliver a group of people longing for what was given to you? Have you ever had the longing to receive something so promising and rewarding? Have you anxiously needed an answer but only from the right person at the right time? This is what Nehemiah felt, as was the predicament that Israel found itself in as they eagerly waited to hear a word from the Lord.

THE PERSECUTED CHURCH

What kind of adversity have you faced lately?

In 1 Peter 4: 12-16, 19, Peter explains to the church "four attitudes necessary in order to be victorious in persecution: One must expect it, rejoice in it, evaluate its cause, and entrust it to God."

The Church, Agents of God

Why do you exists? The church has so much to

accomplish when we compare ourselves to the life

of  Jesus Christ. His feat seemed unbearable; yet, He completed  the task he was called to.  We are agents called  to reconcile others to God, through Jesus Christ. Are we focused on the tasks set before us?

ARE YOU READY?

2 Timothy 4:1-5

Are you prepared for the transition from this world to the world to come? Paul was ready. He knew that he entrusted his life with the only one who could redeem him and place him in right standing with God.

MAKING

WISE DECISIONS

Acts 1:26

How do you go about making decisions? Do you use quick fixes to get quick results? Or do you consult the Lord through prayer and Scripture? Do you patiently and silently wait and move according to God's will?

ARE YOU READY?

2 Timothy 4:1-5

Are you prepared for the transition from this world to the world to come? Paul was ready. He knew that he entrusted his life with the only one who could redeem him and place him in right standing with God.
